How it works
Step 1: Choose a base
Choose one of our 5 bases to serve as the foundation of our signature Poki Bowls. Choose from brown rice, white rice, nachos, soy paper (for our famous Poki Wrap), or fresh greens.
Step 2: Choose basic toppings
Our basic toppings include healthy servings of a variety of fresh produce. Choose from avocado, seasoned cucumber, shredded crab meat, and thinly sliced white onion, all of which are loaded with nutritional value and flavorful taste!
Customers can also add additional scoops of avocado and crab meat for $1.00.
Step 3: Choose protein
We started with fresh tuna, also known as Ahi, and eventually incorporated salmon, albacore, spicy tuna, scallop, octopus, shrimp, tomago (smelt egg), and tofu. Our fish is sourced from all over the world varies depending on the season. At Oh My Poke, we only serve fish that are caught responsibly and sustainably to ensure maximum quality and minimal environmental impact.
Step 4: Choose finishing toppings
To finish, we offer a wide range of toppings to add a crunch, texture, sweetness, to ensure there's a combination that will be just right for you. Options range from our pickled white ginger, chopped green onion, seasoned seaweed salad, wasabi, furikake, and masago.
